Motivation Vs Consistency

The hardest part about exercise is not getting going when motivation lapses. We often feel too tired, had a busy day or find excuses not to get our gear on and out the door. This can lead to feelings of disappointment in yourself for not following through with your best intentions for better health and fitness.

This is where consistency and commitment is much more important.

It is when you are feeling motivated, that you take the time to make your exercise plan. Set aside the days and times for the weeks ahead, what you will do each session and how long for (this is where a Personal Trainer comes in handy).

Then don't think about it again...JUST DO IT!!!

Just follow the plan. Make it a part of your lifestyle and over time, it will become a habit that you won't want to live without!!
