Being active every day not only helps to keep your body well toned and fit, it also helps to relieve stress, and leaves your mind feeling lighter and brighter as well.
Take note of how you feel next time, AFTER you engage in some high intensity exercise, weight training or even a good walk. Did you feel a sense of achievement?...Did you feel a lot more positive after you exercised than before? Did you feel like you took some time out for yourself?
When you feel good within yourself, the rest of your life seems to follow suit as well...
